This policy explains how Moore Remote Ops handles digital orders, customer access, billing issues, and refund requests.
Moore Remote Ops sells digital resources for remote teams, founders, managers, and operations professionals. These resources may include SOP packs, templates, playbooks, checklists, scripts, and other operations materials provided entirely in electronic form. No physical items are sold or shipped.
When you place an order through Moore Remote Ops, these terms apply to that purchase.
Delivery of Digital Products
All Moore Remote Ops products are delivered digitally. Access may be provided through a download page, customer dashboard, email link, secure portal, or another online delivery method used by Moore Remote Ops.
A purchase is treated as delivered once the product, file, link, or access instructions have been made available to the customer. Delivery is complete at the point access is granted, even if the product is not downloaded or used immediately.
Sales Are Final After Access Is Granted
Because Moore Remote Ops products are digital and can be saved, copied, and used shortly after purchase, completed sales are generally final.
Returns are not available for digital products. Once access has been provided, the order is considered fulfilled and cannot normally be reversed, canceled, exchanged, or refunded.
This policy applies because digital content cannot be returned in unused condition after delivery.
The Only Refund Situation We Review
Moore Remote Ops does not generally provide refunds once product access has been granted.
A refund may be reviewed only where the customer was charged more than once for the same product because of a technical or payment processing error. If a duplicate charge is confirmed, Moore Remote Ops may issue a refund for the extra transaction after reviewing the billing records.
Outside of that limited billing issue, purchases are non-refundable.
Requests That Do Not Qualify for a Refund
Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as a change of mind after purchase, lack of use, difficulty understanding how to apply the product, or disappointment based on personal preference.
Refunds are also not available because the customer did not review the product details before purchase, expected something other than what was described on the product page, or later decided the product was not the right fit for their workflow or operating style.
If the product was delivered substantially as described, dissatisfaction alone does not create a refund right.
Buyer Review and Decision Responsibility
Before purchasing, customers are expected to review the product page carefully, including the product description, included materials, intended use, and any stated requirements or limitations.
Moore Remote Ops aims to clearly explain what each product includes so customers can make an informed purchase decision. It remains the customer’s responsibility to decide whether the product suits their needs before checkout.
Access Support
If a customer has trouble accessing a purchased product, Moore Remote Ops will make reasonable efforts to help restore access.
Support may include resending a link, confirming account access, or providing another appropriate delivery method. Access support is intended to ensure the customer receives the product they purchased, but it does not create a right to a refund.
Compatibility and Customer Setup
Customers are responsible for making sure their device, browser, software, and internet connection can access standard digital materials.
Moore Remote Ops is not responsible for customer-side issues involving incompatible systems, unsupported tools, local technical restrictions, storage limitations, or internal company setup problems that are outside its control.
License and Use Limits
When a product is purchased from Moore Remote Ops, the customer receives a limited right to use that product for individual use or licensed internal use, depending on the product terms.
Purchase does not transfer ownership of the product or its underlying intellectual property. Unless Moore Remote Ops gives written permission, customers may not resell, redistribute, share, copy for outside distribution, republish, sublicense, or reproduce the product beyond the scope of the permitted license.
No Unauthorized Sharing or Redistribution
Products sold by Moore Remote Ops are not to be forwarded, uploaded to shared spaces, repackaged, resold, or distributed to unauthorized users.
Unauthorized sharing of files, templates, scripts, portals, or access links is strictly prohibited and may result in revoked access, canceled usage rights, refusal of future purchases, or further action where necessary.
Payment Disputes
If a customer believes there is a billing issue, they should contact Moore Remote Ops first so the matter can be reviewed directly.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened after digital access has already been provided, Moore Remote Ops may rely on its order records, billing confirmations, and delivery history to respond. Where a dispute conflicts with confirmed delivery or appears abusive, access may be suspended and future transactions may be restricted.
Changes to Products and Policy Terms
Moore Remote Ops may revise, replace, improve, remove, or reorganize its products, access systems, and support materials from time to time. Unless a product page specifically states otherwise, a purchase does not include a promise of future updates, expanded editions, or additional releases.
Moore Remote Ops may also update this policy from time to time. The version published on the website will apply from the date it is posted.
